I have been volunteering each Wednesday at Rogers Center. I lead songs for preschoolers as part of the storytime and hike. It's hard for Isaac to be the teacher's kid, but it's nice to have this creative outlet.

Soccer
I dropped the other kids at the farm and took Caleb to a soccer game. He kicked a "field goal" score from midfield that knocked everybody's socks off. He earned a box of donuts for the goal!
Farm day
What a treat to go out to bring in the cows to milk and come back with a new calf. It was a lovely afternoon on the farm.
Fall
Leaves and volunteer pumpkin plants. We finally pulled out the vines that gave us 9 large pumpkins. We'll have to leave a jack-o-lantern out again this year to start another plant!
Beautiful weather
We have had lovely weather this fall. Josh finds lots of critters, Isaac enjoys visits to Rogers Center and we look at amazing scenery.

Lydia's first tooth! So very exciting!
Lydia's stage debut at the Palace Christmas Show. She actually debuted at 9 months on the Sherburne Music Theater Stage as a Who Baby in Suessical. As you can see, she was easily distracted. I never knew what exactly she would do while waiting for her turn. But she always came through when it came down to her special line - once she got over the initial rehearsal fear of the director and her costars!
This is the big moment. "Dad" says that getting kids to bed is like herding sheep. Lyd says, "You should never hurt sheep!" It brought a good laugh!
