This is to demonstrate Lydia's interesting dipping choices. Here, she has coated her spaghetti with peanut butter. Hey, whatever keeps her eating! Dipping definitely helps her to eat things like raw broccoli and carrots.
Our trip to the Utica Zoo. We spent a lot of time watching the seals. Made me cold just watching them splash around.
Fun with Emus. Lydia was pretty independent most of the day. She didn't want to ride in the stroller much. We enjoyed going into the barn to see the pot-bellied pigs, goats, and to sing "sweetly sings the donkey" to the donkeys.
My little tiger.
Joshua is challenging that tiger.
At the end of our visit we took some time on the snowy playground.
Another day off from school, another zoo. Diane and Benjamin joined us for a little visit to the Utica Zoo. The camel was my favorite for the day. They are much more attractive in the winter than in the summer. When the weather is warm she shed and have funky bald spots all over.

Just beyond Joshua is a sign that says, "I bite." Don't stick your fingers in there.
Caleb would brush the snow off the signs and read the animal descriptions for us.
