As we prepare for our trip to Cleveland we take a picture with our "outhouse flowers" because they may not be here when we get back. They are called outhouse flowers because they are perennials that were often planted around an outhouse as decoration.

Let the project... continue. Yet another step in the insulation project upstairs. Scott and the missionaries took down the sheetrock and bagged up all the cellulose in preparation for another visit from the spray foam guys. Josh loved helping as much as he could. He would wear a respirator mask, and when he came downstairs he'd have a semi-clean area around his mouth, but showed signs of the mask not quite giving him a tight seal around the nose. He loves working with Daddy.

A project at the library. We put shells in a bottle, then blue water and oil to create waves.

Diane took us to a little mini golf place almost to her house. It was the night before we took Caleb to Palmyra to meet my Mom who would take him back to Cleveland with her. We stayed over at Diane's. So, this was everybody's first experience with mini golf. Caleb was so determined to get it right that he didn't enjoy it as much. I'm sure he'll get the hang of it next year.

We met our friends Karen, Dan and Jared Rains at the pool. Karen got in with Lyd for me.

Roger's Center - critter walk game and catching moths and butterflies

Roger's Center came to story time at the library. We looked at some local "furs" and studied tiny life in pond water.

Isaac was always so cooperative during swimming time. He sat in the carseat strapped into the stroller, only needing to be taken our a few times all summer!

Grandma, Diane and I take the kids down Larchar Rd. to look for bullfrogs. It took a while, but the boys got one. Josh even kissed it - hoping for a Princess?
