The Branch Christmas Party

This is the first photo I texted!  We were playing around with the phone on Christmas when I noticed that it finally had service turned on!  How exciting.  I have enoyed texting photos.

 This is a "before" shot of the foyer, taken on the macbook (so it's mirror image) before we get the shelves up.

This is the first picture taken on MY PHONE!  We switched our landline to a cell phone.  We're playing around, trying to figure everything out.  Definitely a new stage for me!

Take a look at this phone, because it's almost  a thing of the past!  We soon enter the cell phone age 100%.
Daddy on the phone, in the house, out the door, when he pulls in the driveway...  We always enjoy the announcement when someone sees Daddy pull in the driveway, but the excitement wears off after we anxiously wait in the foyer while he talks on the phone out in the van...






When Isaac needs a refill he goes to the fridge for the jug and his sippy.

Thanks, Caleb.  While in Cleveland, Grandma Camila's friend gave us a LEGO Advent Calendar.  Of course, it was difficult to come up with a plan of who would open something on what day...  Despite these crazy faces - we spent the next few hours getting every piece out and putting it ALL together.  The enjoyment of the day was worth more than fighting over it over the next 20 days!  It continues to add nicely to LEGO play.


We got out another "put together" game when Isaac woke up, but it was difficult to keep him out of the LEGOs.

Every once in a while we need to refigure bedtime.  While in Cleveland Isaac learned out to climb out of the crib.  Can you blame him for not wanting to miss anything?  So, we came home and put the crib mattress on the floor in Lydia's room.  At some point he decided it would be more comfy to share Lydia's bed.

Isaac loves being outdoors!  If you look closely at his boots you see he even managed to find a little snow to romp in.  Not much has been sticking!

The Sherburne Community Chorus.  Red Raville founded the Chorus more than 40 years ago.  This Christmas Concert was his farewell performance.
